    In this auction you will be bidding on a World War I German trench / hunting knife 7 and 1/4 in overall length, with a 3-in blade. Made by F.Franoesc
    hi, Munchen. Nothing remains of the nickel coating on the blade. The Blade has been sharpened post factory and is not sharp. There is no wiggle in this knife. Beautiful stag handle shows ware. German nickel silver end cap is dented in. Leather scabbard shows cracking and crazing but still soft and supple. Germany nickel findings have become dented over the years. Stitching is all tight. Scabbard fits on the blade tightly.
