A nice couple of Victorian era children hiding in bags wanting to go with or get delivered somewhere nice . Probably your house or by the sea ? These are period Victorian ones although this image of animals or children was also quite popular with the Japanese souvenir trade for western market in the 1920- 30 era . The Victorian ones are hard to find undamaged . Very nice with only a little wear to gilt of wording. Each about 3 1/2" long
